The general aim of ISEKI_Food conferences is to contribute to the creation of an "open" international
forum for food researchers, education scientists, technologists, industry representatives and consumers to
promote constructive dialogue and collaboration on topics relevant to Food Science Education, Technology
and Industry, and to present and discuss the results of the activities developed by the ISEKI_Food Network.
